Weight Loss Tips: 4 Things You Can Do TODAY To Start Losing Weight

  • Be sure to eat some protein at every meal — It helps you feel full and will help the body recover from exercise.

  • Eat breakfast — This gets your metabolism revved up in the morning, and will help you avoid bingeing later in the day.

  • Exercise – OK, you knew this was coming. 🙂 This is one of the most important things you can do to lose weight. And it doesn’t have to be any fancy, nor do you have to join a gym. Just get the butt off of the couch and take a walk.
