Jump Start Your Weight Loss TODAY

If your just getting started with your weight loss, or if you’ve been working at it but your efforts have stalled, here’s 4 tips that should help the weight start falling off:

Fill up on fiber — Eat at least 30 grams of fiber each and every day.  It fills you up, so it helps with appetite suppression.  It also helps clean you out.  🙂

Fear Not the Fat — Too many people are scared of dietary fat, and avoid it at all costs.  It doesn’t have to be that way! Avoid bad fats like trans fat and saturated fat.  But enjoy healthy fats like nuts, olive oil, and peanut butter within reason.

Cover Your Plate with Fruit and Veggies — I’ve said it before, but 2/3’s of your plate should be covered by veggies and fruit.  And corn is not a veggie!

Avoid Processed Food 90% of the Time — Personally, I try to avoid any food that comes in a wrapper, bag or box.  For the most part, these foods are nutritionally dead and full of chemicals and preservatives.

BONUS 5th TIP — Eat your last meal or snack 3 hours before bed time.  That way, you’ll be burnin’ fat the whole time you’re asleep!
